Issues of my hometown

I live in Chillan  and here, every winter, the population of chillan have struggles with flooded streets everywhere. It is a big problem for all the people who have to walk to the job or go to the school in and the worst part of this, all happens IN THE COMERCIAL PLACE OF THE CITY.

how it happens?

In winter months hard rainy affect our city, big part of drains are full of leaves that fall left, some trash that people throw in the street  and all of these thing make that central streets collapse.

How we can see in the image, the street is plenty of water and it looks as a river and no as a street.

Can we do something to repare this problem?

Obviously, but is a shared work, residents and municipality have to make a big job cleaning streets, putting more deviation points of water that do not concentrate in principal streets.

Biggest problems:

People are not able to cross the street: in winter is impossible walk across streets because they are flooded.

Comercial centre:  You can not go to the city center, all the store always are flooded and its impossible visit all of them.

Viña del mar: More than a beautiful city.

Viña del mar is one of the most famous cities on Chile, is located at the V region of Valparaiso. It has several historic places and it is full of restaurants and pubs to enjoy the bohemian life.

Wulff's casttle

Viña del mar was founded on 1874 and in those few years became in one of the most popular landmark of Chile. 

The infrastructure was designed to put up with all the visitors who on summertime visit Viña del Mar.

Everything in Viña is NEAR!, you can visit Wulff's casttle it is located in the coast of viña between the estero Marga-Marga and a beach called 'Caleta Abarca'

Other spectacular sightseeing in viña, and maybe the most representative of the city, the Clock of flowers, it is located centrally at the foot of the Casttle's Hill,   in fronto of Caleta Barca's beach

The greatest think that Viña has is all of those beaches, it is very interesting  because you take a bus and you will visit other beaches near of Viña del mar (and trust me, all is BEAUTIFUL! )

It has a wide variety of shops at the mall, there you can find many different kind of stuffMaybe it looks like a fancy place but isn't. If you give a check first you will find cheapest prices in everything. 

Viña del Mar se ha destacado por sus plácidos balnearios, grandes centros comerciales, extensas costaneras con altas edificaciones, hoteles y variados lugares de entretenimiento, consolidándose como una de las capitales turísticas del país.
